1. Your artwork stays on this device

GEMLUNE provides gem-art creation, a free canvas, a personal collection and PNG export. You can create without an account. Progress, creation identifiers and timestamps, canvas and material choices, and sound, haptic and display preferences are stored in the app’s directory on this device.

The first release does not upload your creations to an operator-managed cloud service. Reinstalling, changing devices or device failure may prevent recovery. Exported PNGs preserve images, not editable progress. Device backups depend on your system settings and are not guaranteed by GEMLUNE.

2. Exporting and sharing

When you choose to export or share, GEMLUNE creates an image locally and passes it to the system file exporter or share sheet. You choose the destination. The receiving service operates under its own rules. Check an image before sharing it; a signature, artwork title or date may appear in the image.

The current app does not request access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone, full photo library or cross-app tracking permission.

3. Ads, purchases and analytics

The first release is free and has no advertising, purchases or subscriptions. It has no third-party advertising, behavioral analytics or automatic crash-reporting SDK. Account and cloud-sync services are not open. Apple provides installation, updates and system services under its own policies.

If a future version introduces purchases or changes how information is handled, we will describe those changes before offering the new service.

4. Website visits and support

This website has no analytics scripts, remote fonts, forms, cookies or browser storage. It is hosted by Zeabur. Support email is handled through Google Workspace. These providers may process technical information needed to deliver and secure their services, including connection and access information. Processing may take place in countries other than your own.

If you email support@gemlune.art, we use your address, message and attachments to respond to your request. Please do not send passwords, verification codes, identity documents or payment details. Contact that address to request access, correction or deletion of information you have sent us. Support correspondence is retained only as needed to handle the request and meet applicable obligations.

5. Your controls

The current app has no online account to close and no per-artwork deletion or clear-all control. Individual gems can be removed while creating on the free canvas. Uninstalling may remove local data and can make progress unrecoverable. Separately exported images are managed through Files, Photos or the service you chose. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion of information voluntarily sent to us.

6. Prepared artwork and younger users

Some prepared artwork is made with AI assistance. There is no live AI chat, photo upload or online image generation for users. Material names refer to digital artistic appearances. The app is designed for adult leisure creation and is not marketed as a Kids Category app. Check the App Store listing for the age rating when the app becomes available.

7. Changes

We will update this policy when our practices change and show the new effective date here. Material changes will be communicated through the app or support site.
