1. The creative experience

GEMLUNE provides prepared gem artworks, numbered placement, a free canvas, local collections, viewing and static PNG export. Chinese, English and French present the same product. Some prepared artwork is AI-assisted. There is no social feed, live chat or online image-generation service for users.

2. Current price

The first release is free, without ads, purchases or subscriptions. Any future subscription or purchase will explain its price, included content and renewal terms before purchase.

3. Artwork and use

For artworks included in the released app, you may create, save and share your rendered images for personal, non-commercial use. This does not transfer ownership of the underlying source assets or grant exclusive commercial rights. Contact support for other uses. Do not extract or redistribute source materials in breach of their applicable licenses, impersonate the operator or remove legally required source labels.

4. Local records

Progress is stored on this device. Cloud restoration is not offered in this version. Exported images do not restore editable artwork. Keep important exports separately; permanent data retention or recovery is not guaranteed.

5. Support and applicable terms

Contact support@gemlune.art for product questions and rights requests. These terms do not limit rights you have under applicable consumer law.

The app is offered by the individual operator identified above. The licensed application is also subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement.
